Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — Free 

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.). If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll investigate.

Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at [Metabolique@gmail.com] within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll reship or refund at no cost to you.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Metabolique is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
